NaseeBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to NaseeBet (accessible at naseebet.ws). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and NaseeBet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the NaseeBet website, mobile platform, games, betting markets and any other services we provide.

By registering an account on NaseeBet, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use NaseeBet.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of NaseeBet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant forum as notified by NaseeBet to the player at the time of dispute.

To register and use NaseeBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — not a company, trust, partnership or other legal entity. Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a NaseeBet employee, contractor or director.
• You must not be self-excluded from NaseeBet or any other gambling or gaming platform as a result of a voluntary or mandatory exclusion that remains in force.
• You must be using NaseeBet voluntarily for personal entertainment and not under any compulsion or as part of any commercial exploitation scheme.

NaseeBet reserves the right to perform eligibility checks at any point during your use of the platform, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to pass such checks may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one NaseeBet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. NaseeBet uses identity verification technology and cross-account detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering on NaseeBet, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and valid payment account details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

Your NaseeBet account login credentials are your responsibility. You must keep your password and any security codes confidential. You must not share access to your account with any other person, including family members. NaseeBet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your NaseeBet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@naseebet.ws. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation for your protection.

3.3 KYC Verification

NaseeBet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This typically involves providing a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC), proof of address and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to verify player identity and age. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your NaseeBet account are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). NaseeBet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not conduct currency conversion. The following payment methods are accepted on NaseeBet:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay — digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — interbank funds transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account registered in your name may be reversed. NaseeBet is not responsible for delays caused by banking or mobile wallet system outages outside our control.

NaseeBet aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to mobile wallets. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take up to one working day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends are processed as normal — NaseeBet's payment team operates every day.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your NaseeBet account.
• NaseeBet may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• NaseeBet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts or other Terms violations.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day. Players on verified VIP tiers may have higher daily withdrawal limits as communicated by NaseeBet's account management team. If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding the standard daily limit, please contact support to request a higher limit — this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

NaseeBet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These are designed to add value to your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion as published on the NaseeBet platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus rules that apply across all NaseeBet promotions.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds credited to your NaseeBet account are subject to a wagering requirement, which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• NaseeBet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including through collusion, multi-accounting or systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new NaseeBet players, it applies to the player's first qualifying deposit only. The specific match percentage, maximum bonus amount and wagering requirement are stated on the active promotion page. Welcome bonuses are not available to players who have previously held a NaseeBet account, regardless of whether that account was closed voluntarily or suspended.

6.3 Referral Commission

NaseeBet's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn commission on the gaming activity of players they refer. Full terms of the referral programme are set out on the Refer a Friend page. General bonus abuse provisions apply equally to referral commission — self-referrals and coordinated fake account referrals will be treated as fraud and dealt with accordingly under Section 12 of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on NaseeBet, including cricket and football betting. Market-specific rules are published within the relevant NaseeBet betting market and take precedence over these general rules where there is any conflict.

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on NaseeBet are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be edited or cancelled after confirmation unless the specific market rules permit a cash-out option and you exercise that option before the market closes. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet size is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bet sizes vary by market and event. NaseeBet reserves the right to impose individual maximum stake limits at the account level where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is postponed and not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules; the market was opened in error; an obvious pricing error existed at the time of bet placement; or the outcome cannot be determined. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's NaseeBet wallet in full.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected NaseeBet cricket and football markets. Live odds update in real time and NaseeBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event at its discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Any bets accepted in error during a market suspension may be voided.

7.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

• Match Result markets settle on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC or equivalent).
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, the official DLS outcome determines settlement.
• If a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors before the minimum number of overs required by the market rules have been completed, all bets on that market are voided unless otherwise stated.

All casino games and skill games on NaseeBet — including jackpot slots, crash games, fishing games and Ludo games — are governed by the following general rules in addition to the specific rules displayed within each game.

8.1 Game Outcomes

All NaseeBet casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. For crash games, results are generated using a provably fair system which allows players to independently verify the fairness of each round result using the seed and hash values provided within the game interface. NaseeBet does not manipulate game outcomes and no employee, contractor or third party has the ability to influence the results of any NaseeBet game.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, software error or communication failure that affects a game round on NaseeBet, the affected round will be subject to investigation. NaseeBet reserves the right to void any bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction. In all cases, NaseeBet will act fairly and transparently in resolving malfunction events. If a malfunction resulted in a player being shown an incorrect balance or outcome, the correct outcome as determined by the game server logs will apply.

8.3 Jackpot Games

Where jackpot prizes are advertised on NaseeBet slot games, the displayed jackpot amount is an estimate based on the current progressive pool. The actual jackpot amount at the time of any win may differ slightly from the displayed figure. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed.

NaseeBet's Refer a Friend programme allows eligible registered players to earn PKR commission by referring new players to the platform. Full programme mechanics — including commission tiers, rates and payout schedules — are published on the Refer a Friend page. The following conditions apply to all participants:

• Commission is earned only on referrals who register using your unique referral link, complete their first deposit and engage in qualifying gaming activity on NaseeBet.
• Self-referrals — registering additional accounts using your own referral link — are strictly prohibited and will result in commission being voided and the referrer's account being reviewed for suspension.
• Commission earned through fraudulent, coordinated or fake referral activity will be clawed back in full, and the relevant NaseeBet accounts will be suspended permanently.
• NaseeBet reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier structures and payout schedules at any time with reasonable notice to active referrers.
• Commission is paid in PKR and credited to your NaseeBet wallet daily, subject to a minimum threshold as stated in the current programme terms.

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your NaseeBet account at any time by contacting support@naseebet.ws. Before closing your account, any remaining PKR balance may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be forfeited upon account closure unless the closure is requested as a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure, in which case your remaining real-money balance will be returned.

NaseeBet-initiated suspension or closure: NaseeBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, abuse or cheating, failed KYC verification, been found to be underage, used a payment method not in your own name, violated our responsible gaming obligations, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where NaseeBet closes an account due to suspected fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently if the breach is confirmed.

NaseeBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to NaseeBet.

• Opening or operating more than one NaseeBet account
• Using someone else's identity, CNIC or payment details to register or verify an account
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering)
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain unfair advantage — any such bugs must be reported to NaseeBet immediately
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms or referral commission structures through coordinated or artificial activity
• Placing bets in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or participation in any corrupt sporting activity
• Using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your location or identity while using NaseeBet

NaseeBet uses advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies where fraud is identified or suspected.

All content on the NaseeBet platform — including but not limited to the NaseeBet brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, data feeds, software and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of NaseeBet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the NaseeBet platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any NaseeBet content without our explicit prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of NaseeBet intellectual property — including commercial exploitation of NaseeBet branding, scraping of odds or game data, or any other unapproved use — will be pursued vigorously through all available legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NaseeBet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in your NaseeBet account at the time the claim arises.

NaseeBet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or any consequential, indirect or special losses
• Technical failures, communication errors or internet connectivity issues that affect your ability to access NaseeBet or place a bet
• Actions of third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any loss arising from your voluntary participation in gaming or betting activities on NaseeBet

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits NaseeBet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

NaseeBet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players through the NaseeBet platform — via an in-app notification, email or an on-screen notice the next time you log in — and will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of NaseeBet following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using NaseeBet immediately and request account closure. We recommend checking this page periodically so you remain informed of the current rules governing your use of NaseeBet.
